Refund policy

At Abbas Woodshop, each of our products is crafted with care and attention to detail. As a result, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damages and Issues

We take great pride in the quality of our products and the packaging process. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at sales@abbaswoodshop.com if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Any products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately for production or shipping. Therefore, cancellations are not possible.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped into the European Union, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to our products as they fall under customized, made-to-order, or final-sale categories.
